They made the Kids Pancake Special Meal look like a cute animal with ears. So sweet. Their Sweet Tea is flavorful instead of watered down like most places and the gravy with the Biscuit & Gravy is always hot.

Barely any hashbrowns. Bacon was not cooked well. Elvin's Omelette . This platter is worth 8 dollars to me in quality. Spent 40 dollars on an 8 dollar meal. Normally they do a great job. Not too good at all today. Not bacon crisp, chewy undercooked bacon.

The chicken fried steak was good. The sides are where work is needed. The fried okra was about on par with what I would expect to get from the Wal Mart deli. Ok, but with thick corn meal based breading, and not crisp. The mashed potatoes were clearly instant. Again, not bad, but making the potatoes from scratch would take it up a notch, and the side portions were a little on the small side.

rare to find eggs over hard that aren't TOO over hard. conversely, providing the right amount of brown to the hash browns is also hard - but the fella grilling nails it often. a little crisp is good! thanks guys!

Hands down best catfish around!! Meat white as can be with no black veins in it and not soggy or to big of pieces like other places. I'd pick this over any quote fancy place.
