Boulevard American Bistro is a restaurant concept that was built to meet the community's need for classic American dishes, exceptional service and consistent quality.
Walking distance. I like to mix it up and though I rarely get a salad, being healthy is in the news, so I thought what the heck, I'm going to get the grilled chicken salad.
I did and to my surprise, I even took some home! Who does that? I never do that..
So now I'm thinking, something in me appears to be changing, maybe I'll go to church. Well... I didn't do that. Maybe later.
But I did watch Charles Stanley on TV. He's good!
Anyway, I digress. I think the waitress's name is Ashley or perhaps Rachel. I always go to the Boulevard Bistro in Elmwood and get a booth in the bar area.
Always great food and exemplary service. Definitely one of my top restaurants to go to!

Not worth it for the price. I barely received a cup of Soup Du Jour - Wednesday - Baked Potato for $13. The Crispy Tempura Chicken Tenders were cold and seemed old. There were 3 small tenders for $20. The Large Caesar Salad was about the only thing worth the price even though the Cheeseburger is delicious.

Such a disappointment, ordered Chicken salad,Got dry lettuce few pieces of thin sliced chic & peanut dressing!!! Not to mention $24 .A salad premade at Rouses was better than this delivery .

Its always hit or miss. And the miss is cold prime rib. I know it's cold out but this occurs almost every time, even when we eat AT the restaurant. I had the redfish and it was very good. It doesn't need the lump crab topping but it was a nice touch. Both the peanut kale salad and the house salad with warm bacon honey Dijon vinai were delish!

This is the second time in two weeks that we have ordered from The Boulevard. The first time, we were missing the drink and received tiny portions. I called the manager and she would not take any accountability whatsoever. She said she does not know what Door Dash does with the food. In fact, she was down right rude and dismissive. Against my better judgment we tried again. My special needs child loves their tenders. The drink was missing AGAIN. The portion sizes were minuscule AGAIN a see the picture of the "tenders" that were over $17.00. There were three small pieces of nuggets. Ridiculous. There are too many restaurants in New Orleans that do have customer service and care about what they send out. The Boulevard is not one.
