Shrimp Etoufee was delicious along with the coleslaw that was fresh, I just wish the etoufee arrived warmer than room temperature. Maybe the restaurant could use Togo containers with a bowl and lid versus a styrofoam container to maintain temperature . Great portion for a half order. Will order again! Thanks for my extra bread

Normally I love the chicken etouffee, but this time it was terrible - zero flavor and the texture of the chicken was weird. Also got a total of mayyyybe a 1/4 cup of rice with the 1/2 & 1/2 ORDER which would've been lame either way, but was especially disappointing after paying extra for jambalaya rice. I love B&T, just really wish there was more consistency in the food and portions. 😭

disappointed in taste of food; expected better quality especially for the price- tasted like boxed etouffee. small portion of drunk bbq chicken for $14- the taste was very porky. bread was fresh and good.

A little disappointed with serving size and rice portion. It was more 3/4 chili and 1/4 etouffe with minimal chicken. Flavor was good as always but for the cost, I expected more. Bread was great and still crispy but overall temperature of the order suffered.
