Firstly I would like to say that there was a delivery issue that was resolved through DD, and has no bearing on this review.
I have waited for Dover to get a good place for Ramen! Bowl & Boodle did not disappoint either! I ordered the Vegetable Ramen and the broth was savory and didn't feel like a vegetable broth and more like a good bone broth. The the vegetables were crisp, the noodles had a nice texture to them and weren't overcooked. The marinated eggs were good but I didn't taste much of the marinade. The amount of ramen you get portion wise is a lot! I will be having it for lunch tomorrow and I'm not complaining.

Gave this store another chance and tried the Tonkotsu Ramen , flavor is bland and not authentic. Portion is very little not worth the price. Was excited as this was new and would be the nearest one but I will still have to drive to Middletown for an authentic one. They also charged for the Shrimp Shumai(6) but was not in the order, although doordash refunded that one. The Teriyaki Steak was tough and could do with more sauce but the noodles were actually flavorful. Overall disappointed as it was expensive and was just expecting something better.
