I've been craving good homemade bread, not mass produced squishyness. Both of these breads are yummy! with nice firm texture. The cinnamon cobblestone loaf was gone lickety split! I would buy both these breads again and again.

The bread is fresh and delicious!
The Italian loaf was crusty on the outside, firm and chewy on the inside.
The almond loaf has heavy almond flavor, which is good. I couldn't really taste the orange glaze, this could be heavier/more. The loaf is almost cake like--like a pound cake. I do wish there were smaller loaves. I couldn't eat them all before staleness set in; and I don't like frozen thawed out bread. So a smaller loaf would be ideal. I would still order again.

I love the bread from breadsmith and I order it every week, but every other time I order it they slice the loaf when I expressly ask for UNSLICED I need an intact loaf for the recipe. So every other week I have to go buy another loaf from another store, that I don't like as much, just to get it right. It's frustrating, I'm also in the service industry and I would be fired if I screwed up every other order.
