Sandwiches and tater tots were soggy. Missing items from my order. Couldn't eat the sandwich because of how soggy the bread was. We've ordered from this spot a few times and the prices keep going up and the quality has gone way down. Won't be ordering again.

The menu and photos are all complwtel inaccurate. I've never left a review of a store but this place is so misleading hopefully it cautions anyone else. The menu and photos say/show a brioche bun, the bun is a soggy, thin hamburger bun. The bacon looks and feels like it was microwaved. The photo also shows sliced ham on the sandwich but it came in scattered chunks. Eggs on both sandwiches are brown. Avocado isn’t sliced it’s also in big chunks. All of it was packaged poorly and not warm within 10 minutes of picking up.

Does not have the fried potatoes. Whoever is leading this cloud kitchen needs to sync on quality with the other locations. Last time the quality was poor too. Would not order from this location again.

I paid for tator tots and got chips. Also the egg is so burnt on the sandwich. Can you add an opt for no mayo?
