• 26-05-12BIG disappointment today.
The think chicken sandwich was incredibly overcooked & dry.
I thought a side came with the sandwich, so selected onion rings. There were five in the box with the sandwich, though I paid an extra $2.50 for a 'premium' side. The rings were just OK....certainly nothing premium about them.
I tried calling the store to inquire about this. I was transferred to a 'team member' which actually was just an outgoing message.
It said to leave a message, but it 'probably wouldn't be answered within 24 hours.'
I intended to leave a message but then a recording said the mailbox was full! I could not leave a message.
So now I'm writing to you, Door Dash, in hopes that an adjustment can be made for this expensive & very overcooked chicken sandwich and five onion rings. Thank you.

• 22-01-20The Brew House salad is perfect and delicious as always. The colossol burgers were cooked well done but NOT burnt and were Super Damn Yummy! We like the fries with that Amazing cheese sauce but we LOVE the tater tots just because they are so good. Not a fan of shredded lettuce. A leaf is neater. Its not a complaint BECAUSE THE FOOD IS ALWAYS SOOO GOOD

• 24-01-27Nice amount of turkey and coleslaw on my Rachel Rubin, fries cooked perfectly, pickle was a bit mushy. 😋

• 26-01-03The hot dog was over cooked and cold at the same time. The coleslaw was too sweet, that's all you could taste.

• 25-08-19Bread was hard and burned. Pork was all gristle. No cheese or pickles. Worst Cuban sandwich I ever had. Key lime pie was OK but very heavy .
