This was not a hit for me, personally. I do want to give them credit- they did pack everything separately to avoid things getting soggy, including the toast, and I may have just picked the wrong item on their menu. But the New York Steak was a bit overcooked, under seasoned, and dry. Just overall not my favorite, I only ended up eating 2 bites. However, the toast was great, the Eggs were good, and the hash browns were nice and crispy. I've been to this restaurant before and eaten in, it was really great then, so I will absolutely be going back- I'll just probably eat in and skip the steak next time.

For this being a broken yolk cafe, this was extremely disappointing. The homemade biscuit was super dry, the potatoes unseasoned and undercooked and the gravy is not country gravy.

My meal wasn't very good. There were barely any potato's in the dish. The potato's were additionally over cooked to the extent that they resembled dried bananas and were just as crispy. I have ordered previously from Broken Yolk, I didn't expect this. I'm hopeful it was just a one time mistake.

A few issues with the Create Your Own Omelet, (swiss, ham, spinach, mushrooms) order: one small coagulated block of swiss in middle and not distributed throughout.
Items not chosen were also included in a Create Your Own Omelet. Not just a piece or two, but moreso like a handful of diced bell pepper & onion and a few pieces of sliced jalapeños. It was like the bell peppers and onions were what was actually selected. One to three solitary pieces might have been ok, however, this was so much more that it overpowered dish and should have been remade.
Both Churro French Toast and Crunchy French Toast were charred black on one side o bread and both had a bad burnt taste.
Why have a choice to include Utensils or condiments when requests are not followed?
Ordered 6 meals & from requested items: got 2 utensil sets, only 1 Syrup pack, no Butter, and 3 Ketchup packs for 6 separate meals.
Disappointing to spend this much and not have complete satisfaction with an order.
