Both sandwiches were greasy and sloppy. Bagels were cut where one was too thin and one too thick. Paid for 2 eggs but was given 1 egg. Asked for swiss cheese but was given cheddar. Poor quality and poor customer service over and over again from this location...

The hash brown sandwich is way undercooked and just gross. Super disappointing given the price. Coffee is bland.

Was going to dunkin because it was on my way to work but they have messed up my order so many times and quality was awful. Decided to go to Brueggers instead and oh my gosh night and day. My bagel sandwich has been amazing every time I will now be going out of my way to stop for breakfast.

The best bagels around. $15 for 13 bagels and $12 for a bagel sandwich is kind of ridiculous though imo. Iced coffee was above average

I got my sandwich on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and they seriously gave me a slice of cheese slightly melted with jalapeños on top of a plain bagel. I've never seen something so blatantly wrong in a long time. Added a second photo of what the bagel is actually supposed to look like.
