Forgot an entire bagel sandwich, took way longer than expected for them to prepare the order and get it out yet the Twice Baked Hashbrown were cold. The Smokehouse Brisket Egg had very little brisket and the Sriracha Honey Sunrise was ok, didn't have much flavor at all and very little bacon. Was bummed, this place used to always be so good. This order was a major disappointment

I love brueggers bagels, but the last few times I have tried to give it another shot I just get dissapointed. My Herby Turkey was 90% onions and tomato spread, but I picked off some and it was still pretty good. My Chocolate Cream Cold Brew was pretty rough. I got it not mixed, like a glass of milk with the bottom 1/3 of it full of chocolate sauce. I mixed it and it was way too much chocolate. IDK it might be time to give up on brueggers.

The Asiago Bagel with cream cheese is always perfect. Cut perfectly and always the right amount of cream cheese. My order always comes quickly and is always still warm.
