And the 3 Popiah Rolls / Bò Bía were packaged super well so they don't stick and yummy as well!!

OhmahGod...the new menu item, Shaken Filet Mignon Skillet, hit the spot!! It's at a premium price but totally would it. Not many shops are offering this meal but this place is my new favorite spot for sizzling steaks. The Banh Mi Trung Op La brought me back to nostalgia childhood moment when my family was poor in Vietnam and mom fried up some eggs for dinner and we could have as many fried eggs as we want. It's my first experience of abundance. But this meal has so many options! If I have an out of town friend comes to San Jose, I would introduce them this. (If they're ok with eating meat). It's a simple meal but with so many extras. It deserves to be a To-Do Checklist in town. I would treat my favorite kids to this place when they achieve something I'm proud of them for. Thanks for making this item, Buon Me! I would buy again. My only suggestion is to cook the Filet a little longer for a medium-rare. It's soft nonetheless. Also, the Egg Coffee and Avocado & Ice Cream Smoothie are really good! Gotta give them a try. The photos are real. The Banh Mi Heo Quay is good at $5.50 small. (That's a good price)

The Bo Kho was delicious flavor-wise but way too oily. The Pate Pork Roll / Pate Chả was very good and had a lot of fillings inside. Bread was still nice and crunchy but soft in the middle! Green Thai Milk Tea / Trà Sữa Thái Xanh tastes very floral compared to others I've tried, but is good! Mango Sticky Rice / Xôi Xoài was just ok.

Mixture Salty Steamed Sticky Rice (Purple/White) / Xôi Mặn Thập Cẩm (Cẩm/Thường) was really good. Portion was a little deceiving from the photo.3 Popiah Rolls / Bò Bía I wasn't a fan of this. It had no flavor if you don't dip in the sauce.Crispy Roasted Pork / Heo Quay smaller than other banh mi but it was good

sizes have been getting smaller. Specifically, the chicken I ordered had only a few pieces, which is not worth the $23 I paid. This reduces the overall dining experience and makes customers feel they are not getting good value for their money. I hope the restaurant/provider considers adjusting the portions to better match the price.
