burger was filling and made to order the way I wanted it. the pasta was enough good size portion. Temp of food was perfect.

Tenders very crispy. Fries were done better than most places. Crispy on the outside and not mushy on the inside

Must have come from a different Buona then when I order at work. There is a great one a block from my home. From tracking it came from a longer distance. Food was just warm, Pizza had very little toppings on them, Italian beef had half the beef it normally has, wasn't as tasty, and the green peppers were very bitter on both. Very disappointed.

beef bites are good, but feels a bit expensive. You only get 3, although they are fairly big bites. Sandwich is good as usual, but it seems the option to add hot oil was taken away, which is a big loss

The fudge brownie was hard as a rock on 2 sides. The whole thing was very dry and crumbly. I’ve ordered before and it’s been good but today it was horrible
