The Sobao Sandwich HEC was quite enjoyable. I recommend specifying the type of cooked egg available—options like runny, medium, or fully cooked would enhance the customer experience. Having tried this sandwich in Puerto Rico, I found that a runny egg significantly improved its flavor. Additionally, adding sancocho to the menu could be a valuable enhancement, particularly during the holidays and lunch hours, as it would likely appeal to many customers.
Parking was a challenge; however, I was patient and eventually found a front spot after waiting 15 minutes for a car to leave. It's worth noting that most parking spaces have specific sign restrictions assigned to each store, so customers should be aware of that when visiting.

The Bavarian Cream Horn/Tornillos , Cheesecake Mallorca Guava, Quesitos were superb. Pan Sobao Sandwich HEC it tasted like the Island, thank you, it was Amazing!!!
