Every time I've ordered from the Hillcrest location I regret it. Today my Chicken sandwich was missing lettuce & tomatoes (I asked for extra lettuce), the meat was extremely thin and tough and the fries were overcooked & hard. The Mockingbird Lane location is the best! They always get my order right, including special requests and the fries are fresh.

My kids love Burger House. It's their favorite restaurant and the burgers are especially delicious. Not greasy and special seasoning is tasty. And the shakes are awesome, too. Friendly staff-I pick up, instead of delivery- they know my name. Small restaurant but very popular

Missing a burger. Tater tots stale. The 1 burger I got was hard as a rock. They used stale old buns. Chili cheese dog was meh nothing special. Sonic chili cheese coney 10X better. French fries was good and salty.

Dallas staple that I've been going to since I was a kid, but I haven't tried the Chili Cheese Fries until the first time very recently. Paired with a chocolate malt, it was pretty much heaven.
The burgers are also great, although if you're not a fan of thin beef patties, they may not be your taste. My go-to is a Double Cheeseburger with grilled onions, delicious.
