Twice in a row that they didn't give me icing for my 4 Pc. Cini Minis. First time they gave me syrup, and second time nothing at all. Hash browns looked like they had been smashed and crumbled before cooking.

French toast sticks were like bricks and inedible. "Large" mocha came in a smaller cup than it did on a previous order.

The bread was not toasted or grilled on the two Melt sandwiches I ordered. The Shroom n' Swiss Melt tastes bad and chemically. The Classic Melt was okay if the bread was grilled like a melt should be but it wasn't at all. Very disappointed.

The food was great and myself and my grandmother who turned 92 today thought the slice of pie was delicious the whip cream used was top notch! i dont usually write reviews so this is extra special 5 star

the food is always great here, but this location has real bad habit of not including every item especially when it comes to mobile orders. almost every direction is followed every time even order tweaks and requests, but sometimes bags dont every thing you ordered. so just something to keep in mind.
