The Big Fish Sandwich was overcooked. It was mostly the hard crusty batter and very little of the fish fillet. Burger King use to sell a much larger rectangular Fish Sandwich that was delicious and not overcooked.

The Big Fish Sandwich was overcooked with a lot of hard crusty batter and not much flaky fish to eat. I won't order it again. McDonald's fish sandwich tastes much better with a lighter coating of batter and more flaky and tender fish.

I feel the same as the other reviewers. This order tonight was pathetic. The Classic Oreo® Shake didn't come because their "shake machine was down." I completely understand things happen, but the rest of the order was so bad it's hard to ignore. We ordered Coke, got two vanilla Cokes. Flat at that. My burger was falling apart and the fries were WAY underdone and only halfway filled. Overall, gross and underwhelming. Do better. You all used to be sooo on point.

overall the food was luke warm all the drinks were wrong. the fries were underfilled. my cheese on my Italian chicken sandwich was hard and plastic feeling! the onion rings were cold! and i only live 5 mins from the location

Vast improvement over the past few months...fries are great and the burgers are [not] like shoe leather (dry & burnt) like other FF chains..."Keep Up The Good Work"!
