worst burger I've ever received in my life. the patties are completely dry and like biting into sheetrock. They're also cold and seem like they were sitting on the counter for 3 hours. The onion rings weren't any better. Completely overcooked. What a joke this store is. Don't bother ordering.

I can't understand how this place is still open. The food was cold, sloppy, and unappetizing. It's like they fixed it and put it under a heating lamp. I got a large half fries and onion rings and they were cold and mushy. I'm a little worried that my toilet will catch hell later on... I won't be ordering from BK again

for a $133 order we were missing some items like our cheese sticks and the drinks for our food. For our kids meal we were missing a toy and my kids were very upset and the patties were brunt. Again I shouldn't have paid so much money for food that wasn't even all there.
