Basically messed up the entire order. My Bacon Melt didn't have bacon on it. My sons 12 Pc. Chicken Fries only had 9 pieces and they didn't send his French fries. Was only refunded 9 dollars of a 35 dollar order.

I just ordered a Whopper w/ cheese within 20 mintes of their lunch menu starting (10:50 am), and the bun is hard, the condiments are wilted, and the cheese has turned into a hard crust on the meat like this burger has been sitting under a warmer for a long time! How is this even possible?

we didn't get either drinks, the frys were extremely soggy & the chicken fry's were rock hard. they put mayo on the "no mayo" double bacon king and didn't ad mustard. the only thing edible was the double cheeseburger and the nuggets
