• 26-05-29Bun was hard and dry and ordered meat fresh off the grill and the whole sandwich seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lap for awhile.I also ordered a Oreo shake and the cup was only filled half way. very disappointed

• 25-02-26This location usually does a pretty good job, but this time no item was fresh at all, breakfast items and onion rings were mildly soggy but overall OK, however the bacon king was the sloppiest burger I have ever seen and was made without any of the modifications that I asked and paid for

• 26-08-07One of the Royal McChicken's was completely soaked in the sauce. The other one had the normal amount. I guess you could call it. I was also missing the sweet tea for my order. Instead, I received some kind of drink that was Pink.

• 25-07-28Everything was good exc the Fiery Royal Crispy Wrap. It was like someone finished making the wrap, then wrapped it up to serve, the dropped the entire thing, wrapper included into a bowl of fiery sauce. I got sauce all over my couch, coffee table, and carpet. This was extremely annoying.
