The taste was not good, the patty was very soggy and did not taste fresh at all and there was way too much sauce. I have had the bacon king before and the one I got from here was very bad, and to add to all of this, it only had 2 pieces of bacon and the bacon did not look properly cooked. I would not order from the location again.

I’ve had repeated issues with my orders from this location. Almost every time, my burger is made incorrectly—I specifically ask for no pickles, onions, or tomatoes, and those requests are often ignored. I also pay extra (about $2) to add cheese, and it’s frequently missing.
It’s frustrating because I keep coming back since it’s the only place my son will eat the fries, but the consistency just isn’t there. What makes it worse is that when I’ve tried contacting support, I haven’t received proper help or compensation—even when I have the receipt showing I paid for items that weren’t included.
At this point, I just want my order to be made correctly or for there to be some accountability when it’s not.
