usually love the chicken nuggets but the melt sandwiches were not that good. bread wasn't even toasted like advertising and mine tasted slightly burnt. fries were left under the heat lamp too long

Received wrong sandwich and mozz sticks tasted like onion rings and old oil. Whopper meat was dried out and every looked like it had sat there for hours.

Disappointed, I ordered Cheesy Tots and got jalapeño Cheesy Tots. I can't eat the green pepper that they are made with. The worker at the restaurant told my dasher that they didn't know how to do a refund so they gave me the wrong food. My dasher was great, need more people like her.

Don't plan on getting any sauce packets when you order, because they always forget them!!
Shakes need to be mixed all the way. Always discolored when i get them
