The fries were good but then I got to the Original Chicken Sandwich and I opened it and it was burnt I didn't think anything of it til I opened the second and they were both burnt. One burnt one is enough for me.

I have always had excellent service at Burger King itself, whether drive through or inside. The food is always fresh, hot and received as ordered. The staff is always hard working and friendly. Door Dash delivery has not changed that service but made it even better when one cannot visit the store in person. The menu selection online is excellent; however, the ability to add sauces to such things as Onion Rings and Chicken Nuggets is not available. Special instructions are not available. One must follow up with a call to this franchise after placing their order online to receive those items or relay special instructions. Once these options become available I would consider online ordering with Burger King along with Doordash service to be a five star rating. Door Dash itself is an excellent service. Communication as to order being placed and updates on status and when out for delivery is excellent. Provided via email, text and online website along with a copy of the order and receipt for such. The ability to have items picked up at other merchants and delivered to one's home along with the initial order is out of the box thinking. People like to be catered to and are willing to pay for such a service. I have found all the Doordash drivers to be courteous and they arrive in a timely manner. I highly recommend this Burger King and the Doordash Service.

They forgot our drink, made the sandwich wrong. however, after I had to order and pay for another sandwich, they got it right and gave us the coke they forgot the first time. Just sucks i paid $15 for the first meal and then $9 for the 2nd order bc of the mess up. I dont think they fully read the ticket.
