Ordered the Double Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich (BOGO) and a little Breakfast Burrito Jr. this morning and it's been a while, but my order was correct - I like to complain when it's wrong so I'm also going to recognize them when they get it right - they have good food, who doesn't like BK?

The Bacon Melt did not have the stacker sauce on it. it only had mayo , and the whole bottom slice of toast wasnt toasted at all.

It sure would be nice if we could mark that we do not want items like the jalapeños on the burger. No other burger was letting me put what I wanted until I found this one and so I ordered it but was met with the largest clump of jalapeños that made the entire burger just taste awful in my opinion.

My order was for a fish sandwich with MAYO AND CHEESE only. There was lettuce and no cheese. If I'm going to be charged for an item, I expect to receive it. Fries were cold and tasteless. Very disappointed!!

my mocha coffee did not taste good for some reason. I had one sip and threw it away. I am not sure it just had a really weird taste to it.
