• 26-07-20Cannot say enough good things about this Burger King location. First , I truly hope this feedback reaches the employee, the manager & the owner of this location. I was having one of my worst days in a long time, didn't feel like cooking and ordered 2 whoppers & fries. Not expecting anything special, I was so pleasantly surprised when I took off the bun to add my own burger sauce , and I see that both whoppers are beautifully wrapped instead of generically like every other burger place. This was done with intention & care . But the actual burger, I see the pickles & mustard & ketchup arranged in a smiley face. When I tell you that made my day in so many ways, it legitimately put a smile on my face on a day I felt my lowest. It may seem small, but this experience made a major impact on my day and week, thank you to the employee who took an extra 30 seconds to go above and beyond and put a smile on a strangers face. Going that little bit extra can truly make a difference. I hope this employee is proud, I hope their manager sees this and either dramatically raises their pay or gives some kind of promotion. And to the owner, you have a future leader / manager on your hands.

• 25-08-13The burrito had hot sauce or something on the outside and is too hot.
The coffee is nasty! Can't taste the mocha.

• 26-05-16This is the second time I've ordered where the drink wasn't bagged correctly and ended up spilling into the bag or items would tear through the bag because the drink got onto other things due to being poorly covered, the lid not being on, etc. otherwise the food is good.

• 26-09-24I ordered and paid for Onion Rings - which was an upcharge - and i was given fries. I also asked for no lettuce on the burger, and got lettuce - which I am avoiding out of concern for the cyclosporine parasite that is presently in the news. I am unhappy with these oversights and would like to be reimbursed for the onion rings which I did not recieve.
