Ordered the poutine and a whopper with cheese.The poutine was decent, but the whopper was pretty much raw.The order came from the downtown location which is known for bad quality, wish they'd switch to the Midland location which is much better.

All the food was cold. There was dipping sauces that were squeezed and all over the food. The outsidebag was fine so I know it was done by an employee at the restaurant. The chicken 8pc Chicken Nuggets were hard and not fresh. They shouldn't have been served.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was tangy salty and dry was hard to eat till I added sauces I had at home to make palatable
My Spicy Original Chicken Sandwich didn't come with mayo like I ordered but otherwise delicious as usual
Choco milkshake was great

The chicken sandwiches just tasted off like it was cooked and everything but it just tasted not exactly fresh but probably was fresh it tasted as if it was somehow a cooked soggy chicken paddy the portion sizing was good but honestly maybe it just needs a different kind of breading or spicy it's not really crispy and juicy or dry and crunchy it's somehow in its own category. Now don't get me wrong I would order it again but I think adding maybe bacon and tomato's on it might make it better I know the lettuce tasted in fresh no crunch to it lettuce has gotta be crunchy
