Order is always correct, hot and fresh. AJ BK is the best. Order was packed so nicely with napkins on top of the sides to keep em' hot. Somebody there is amazing and deserves a bonus. Ive never had ketchup included, because there isnt an option to add it but someone put a few packages in. I'd tip that person if I could. Large drinks are a bit expensive considering they are only a bit bigger than McDonald's large size.

fries were hot and crispy.
BUT, the triple whopper with jalapeños had NO jalapeños.
paying a lot of money for food, plus the added cost - due to not ordering in store, and can't get proper order. shame

Everything was on point. Onion rings were nice and crunchy and tuns of flavor in all the burgers especially the steakhouse. So good!!

The worker who filled my order took it upon himself to substitute a different item for the drink I ordered with one I did not like at all. Just stood there rolling his eyes when my dasher wanted him to call me and confirm the change. I won't be giving them too much repeat business.
