I thought they were fantastic in the category. Big improvement.
Naturally the great unwashed will complain but for me from time to time they do well. I know corporate leadership is making big improvements but not price reductions. Material costs up 28%, labor costs doubled. Fixed costs have increases 48%-AC/Heat, Electricity, LNG, Insurance, interruption insurance, max liability.

Double Whopper was dry and the Bacon and Swiss Royal Crispy Chicken was plain and i pressed the last order option and they messed it up this time it more expensive ordering here so one can expect fresh food not old sat for a while food hopefully the soda is not flat

fries were incredibly salty. as in so salty that it looked like they tried to embalm them with salt. burger was terrible, overcooked and the toppings all wrong.
never have this problem with the night shift. always the day shift.

Every time we order with Bk, there is always an issue with getting all of our items correctly or substituting items without talking to the dasher to see if the customer is okay with the change. The fries were pretty stale and with everything that I ordered and it to be missing items or incorrect is a joke. I guess it being fast food I should stop expecting quality service and food.

The Original Chicken Sandwich was very dark, the bread was hard on one side and soggy on the other.
