Did not get the promotion buy 1 get one free via door dash, when i called to correct the clerk basically brushed my concern off as if I wasn't entitled to what I paid for. I won't be placing another order. $20 for a chicken sandwich is CRAZYYYYYYY!!! And it was made so sloppy!! Old lettuce and barely any mayo as I asked for EXTRA mayo... UGH!
Soggy onion rings and fries that taste like they were cooked in the same oil from 3 days ago. Nasty!! Not satisfied AT ALL!!

Whoppers ordered were great, as usual. they were everything you expect from a Whopper.
Unfortunately the same can't be said about the Mozzarella Fries, they looked like they were cooked in week old grease for far too long about 3 hours ago. the cheese exploded out of the breading, they're room temp,, and the breading is stale at this point.

My order was missing 8 piece nuggets, medium fries, and 12 piece Churro Fries. Tried to call store to see what happened and the woman that answered was SO obnoxious and rude, and she hung up on my partner's face. You don't treat paying customers that way. It's so disappointing not getting food we paid for and then to have an employee hang up on you. She is getting reported.
