Unfortunately, this wasn't your best work. The fries were undercooked. They were soft and tasted more like raw potatoes. The burger's wrappers were switched and they were very sloppy to eat. This is unusual. The food is usually prepared quite nicely. This must have been an off night, but disappointing.

Ordered my burger with ketchup only. Got my burger with no ketchup on it. It's not a big deal. The food is warm when I get it and it tastes good just minor inconsistencies. All that being said I will continue buying from bk. The food is fresh and the portions are good. Just miss little things that are more of an inconvenience rather than ruining my meal.

the quarter pounder, did not look as pictured. and was no powerade listed on the app, or ginger ale,, or the iced vanilla coffee, or the 2 qp's for like $6 , window sticker special, at the restaurant, itself. and it cost 3x as much than actually going to burger King, in person, at the actual dining lobby.
