THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE BACON CHEESEBURGER. JUICY, FLAVORFUL, SOFT BUN, FRESH INGREDIENTS. I WILL DEFINITELY BE EATING THIS AGAIN.

The BURGERFI BURGER was good and the ingredients tasted fresh, but for $6 fries the FRESH-CUT FRIES (REGULAR) definitely tasted like frozen fries, had zero flavor - not even salt - and as you can see from the picture it was a very small serving size. All in all, this was better than traditional fast food, but I'll probably try somewhere else next time.

This place has seriously gone downhill. The burger patty was flat as cardboard and twice the diameter of the bun. It was grilled so long it was crunchy on the edges and the center was like shoe leather. The bun was soggy and had the consistency of paste. It arrived cold. And they got the order wrong, omitting items I'd paid extra for. The fries were fine.

My burger was missing the bacon jam! The burger was bland also. The chicken tenders were overpriced and not really having flavor. It sucks paying almost $40 dollars for a shoddy product.

Burger was really good. Fries were cold and soggy. Paid extra for side of ranch which was filled less than a 1/4 of the way.
