I got the steak burrito and I put no beans but they still put beans and then I asked for guacamole and they did not add guacamole so I'm very disappointed in that because I did have to pay extra for that and it just didn't look like the pictures at all. I was disappointed, but I did have their chicken quesadilla and that was very good and the quesadilla did save my experience so I will go back just for that chicken quesadilla cause it was really good

I thought the chips would be tortillachips with salsa not a huge bag of munchos, the saltiest and blandest chips ever. the quesadilla could have been cut up better and cooked a bit longer. Not a good first impression

Carnitas burrito ordered two days in a row day one came with decent amount of pork and barely any rice ... yesterday was all rice and a tortilla threw right in trash

We ordered a Veggie Burrito and we received it not rolled up and had a hash brown inside... I also added guacamole but that was not received. we also ordered the Carne Molida Quesadilla and we received that with the sour cream cap opened and faced down in the container. Lastly we ordered the Tortilla Chips which states it comes with a salsa container which was also not received.
I cannot lie it actually tasted pretty good, but overall was not a great experience.

The steak bowl if you can call it that, is somehow Indian seasoned rice with steakums or chipped beef idk, with melted cheese, an assortment of raw vegetables on top. Also, no guacamole or queso were included either which they charge extra for. I didn't realize but I'm pretty sure this is a ghost Kitchen operating out of Bellas deli in endicott. It's my mistake for not checking the address of the store.
