I ordered Guacamole and Chips they gave me 1/4 of the cup for the chips. When I go into the store the cup it full to the top. For almost $7 it was not worth it.

Food was great, as always, but the ice in the fountain drink was filked almost to the top of the cup with very little soda. Not worth the $3+ that I was charged.

Love ordering from here! We always get the Queso and Chips, which is usually good, but 4 stars bc it's not always fresh :/ There were several times when the Pico seemed like it was defrosted, and the chips were stale. They said they make their salsa fresh throughout the day but if the chips are stale, I'm not convinced.

So tired of Chipotle and them skimping on ingredients. Don't offer an extra amount of anything and then not fulfill that request. Especially beans! Beans are cheap!
Cafe Rio stepped up I had more beans in one burrito from them than in the last 4 chipotle ones combined. Which is important as a vegetarian. But more importantly as customer service.
