This place is insanely good. My first time ordering and I was shocked by how well they portion the food, not to mention how fresh everything tasted and looked. The rice, cilantro, black beans, veggies, etc. I would definitely order from here again and the price/deals are great. Loved it. (I could only finish half, more for later)

The barbacoa pork was so dry I thought I was chewing on a tumbleweed dipped in disappointment. And the flavor? Imagine licking a penny from 2004—that’s the exact metallic sadness this pork delivered.
Now let’s talk toppings. The portions of jalapeños, sour cream, guac, and pico were so tiny, I thought they were garnishes for a dollhouse. I counted five jalapeño slices. Five. One for each stage of grief I went through eating this meal. There was also a mysterious, shriveled-up thing that may have once been a jalapeño… or a raisin with a criminal past. I wasn’t taking chances.
Honestly, microwaved nachos with Kraft singles and stale tortilla chips would’ve tasted better—and they wouldn’t charge you a small fortune to be betrayed like this. Banquet mac and cheese has more soul than these nachos. Yes, Banquet. From the freezer aisle. Let that sink in.
I don’t know if the cooks are in a competition to see who can crush the most hopes in a single dish, but if so, they’re absolutely winning.
I’m just mad at myself for giving this place a chance. Save your money, your tastebuds, and your dignity. Eat literally anywhere else. Lick a sidewalk. It might taste better.

I've ordered from Rio a few times now. The slow braised chicken is a new thing I crave, and it's very good in the Double Enchiladas and the quesadilla! Highly recommend. However in most of my orders they have forgotten something or gotten something wrong. Other than that, my food has always been delicious and well made, the portions are always reasonable, and I would order again knowing the risk.
I love the mint limeade, the queso, and the tomatillo ranch is fantastic.

The flavor is there. The only thing I could say is that on a 1/2 of the bowl, it had no rice and they missed a couple things such as the sauce that I asked for and I asked for double rice and it was barely any.
