Ordered the steak Salad but there was hardly any meat and the meat that was there was dry. Nachos chips were old and stale. Ordered tres leches but didnt receive it. Reordered the tres leches and waited an hour before I received a message saying they didnt have tres leches. Everything about this place is disappointing

I have never ordered from Cafe Rio and had my order completed correctly. Today I ordered a chicken tostada the chciken was either very over cooked or it was old and dried out. I couldnt ven chew it was rock hard. They put the wrong tortilla in it and It literally looks like they gave me a tablespoon of meat rice beans lettuce toppings etc. this is by far the worst thing I have ever had.

The Burrito was ok. However, I also ordered extra sour cream (which they put in the hot container + mixed in with the lettuce) so it was melted and useless. Why not put it in a small cup? I also purchased the lime vinaigrette, they gave me the creamy dressing, also useless, because I don't like it. Not the first time an order from Cafe Rio has been messed up. Very disappointed this time!

WAY overpriced for what you receive. Had to search for pieces of protein in my bowl, they were few and far between.

Chicken was dry, beans under cooked, and no rice was included as I ordered. This was my third and final time with this place.
