There is not better or fresher Mexican food in Idaho Falls. In this culinary wasteland, cafe sabor is reliably good every time.

Worse Ceviche I've ever had. Literally had 7 full shrimp pieces and the rest was tomato's and onions with two paper thin slivers of avocado. And chips were dark brown (over cooked) Salsa for chips however was on point and tasted amazing. .

I knew it was a risk to order nachos for delivery, but I know it wasn't the driver's fault the nachos were soggy and cold. She had the food to my door within 10 minutes of picking the food up. My Pollo con Crema was still hot, which tells me the nachos had been sitting for awhile at the restaurant. It was definitely not shredded beef, but huge chunks of super dry beef. If the beef is gonna be that dry, add more than a tablespoon of sour cream. I'm definitely mad I paid $20 for 2 1/2 spoonfuls of Pollo con crema. I guess if I want the normally really good food from Cafe Sabor, it's going to have to be in restaurant dining.

I was looking forward to having 3 tacos like the picture is for the Tierra y Mar Taco but when I got it, I only got 1. I called the restaurant to check if I would get one taco, but the manager said it was DoorDash's problem. I have eaten here before at the location and had more than one with my meal.

Basically a bowl of chips. 85% of the Nachos chips had no toppings or cheese. I ordered chicken and ground beef. only received chicken. I paid a premium price for both. Not to mention the ever rising cost to doordash. $58 for to appetizers....
