Unfortunately, the fat on the short ribs was really under rendered and so there was a lot of gooey, slimy, thick goop throughout the meat which made it really unpleasant and, for me, inedible. sad, because the flavor of the sausce was good

Maybe it was a one off, but my first time ordering from here was not good. The bbq chicken pizza was average and the crust wasn't all that great. The pasta and meatballs was under salted and the sauce has separated. The Italian soda is decent but tiny portions size

If you order just one food item, you don’t get a sealed bag? We’ve ordered from Trio Cafe all the time, so this was pretty disappointing. The only thing securing the order was a sticker holding the container closed, and it was already undone when it arrived. Considering how expensive the entrees are, all takeout orders should come in a properly sealed bag, even if it’s just a single item. It would go a long way toward giving customers confidence that their food arrived untouched.

The food would be tasty enough but they are consistently poor at packaging their food to go, that it ruins the experience. The pomodoro I ordered arrived with the box broken open and the sauce spilling out into the bag.
