My favorite pizza and sandwich shop on Cape . So good . If you haven't tried their Caperese Sandwich it is so good ! Pizza .. rocky shore my favorite I add ricotta and mushrooms even the chicken fingers are bomb ! Definitely the best price for the quality of pizza and food on Cape !

We have ordered several times from here, both delivery and pickup. I have to say, our Dasher informed us that they were busy and had a longer wait than usual. We have zero issues waiting longer for exceptional pizza. Our order hit all the senses. Perfectly proportioned toppings. Great temp. Perfectly cooked. Just fantastic. Well worth a five-star rating. Highly recommend.

Cape Flats has me hooked.
Best pie I’ve had on the Cape in a long time.
The Stingray is absolutely delicious, made with noticeably high-quality ingredients, super consistent, and priced more than fairly for the quality and size.
If you’re craving a high-end pizza, do yourself a favor and try a pie from Cape Flats.

the pizza was good and the salad was skimpy, just 1 pizza and 1 half a salad at 50$.. wasnt worth it at all.
