• 24-01-30Hainan Chicken was so underrated. Comes with vegetables too, which is something I didn't see too much of in other stores. Great quantity of chicken, probably one of the best I've seen so far.

• 25-08-12Repeat customer here...The food is always excellent: delicious, good portions and we especially love the vegetables, both fresh & pickled, that comes with our meals. The Siu Mai is to die for! Tastes like Dim Sum restaurant food. Hainan Chicken is yummy. The Filet Mignon Cubes are always yummy and tender. And available with rice or garlic noodles. We are die hard fans of this restaurant.

• 25-02-09The order came in all sloppy and greasy. $5 extra for seafood and there's only a few shrimp. Not worth the order or price. Rather go to a low end Chinese restaurant for these dishes, would have probably tasted better w. lower price.

• 25-10-15Capital Noodle is one of our staples -- we probably go there once every two/three weeks and it never disappoints -- whether we're there in person, pick up or DoorDash. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. It's fairly reasonable and a filling meal. It's perfect Fall food. 5 stars

• 26-06-07We loved the Irvine location at Barranca and were astonished to learn today that the phone number didn't work and that location had disappeared from DoorDash. We decided to try this location in Costa Mesa. Very sadly, the quality of the food is nowhere nearly as good as the one in Irvine was. We have seldom had a shumai that we didn't like - this was the first: balance between pork and shrimp not good (hardly any shrimp), flavor profile bland even with Chinese hot mustard, quality of pork used was disappointing. Similarly, one of our favorites is the Hong Kong style chow mein which we found to be absolutely delicious at the Irvine location. This one was not at all - again, missing flavor. We won't be ordering from this restaurant anymore.
