I ordered the Bobbie and needed some extra cranberry. Isaiah from this location answered the phone and said he'd made the sandwich already could he add it on the side? Yes I said. When I got my order my cranberry was a generous amount in a cup, it wasn't one of those tiny plastic cups but a decent sized  cardboard cup w enough to make my Bobbie perfection!  He didn't have to do that.  He made my having a really bad day into a nice smile and a great sandwich for my dinner.  He's also super sweet and courteous to the customers.  That means so much in the hard times we're in.  Isaiah, you are a superstar!   I hope your employer knows he's got a gem of an employee.  Also it's a really good location.

Inconsistent. Almost $20 for a sandwich filled with mayo, bread, and cranberry sauce. There was maybe 1 ounce of turkey on the Bobbie. I would NOT waste the money on Capriotti's anymore.  Very disappointing.

I normally just order the regular cheesesteak with double cheese. I saw this specific sandwich and advertised extra creamy Cooper sharp cheddar as you can see there's not much cheese at all in it. I ordered no onions, but with mushrooms they were like three small slices of mushrooms in the whole sandwich hardly any meat. It was a flat sandwich. Basically, I know I ordered gutted roll, but usually they put a little bit more meat than that.

I got the wagu beef sandwich and my Son got a hot bobbie and a cold one for later.  We love Capriottis sandwiches because they are unique and very flavorful.   The bread is super fresh and the perfect density.  The lettuce and pickles on my sandwich seemed fresh too.

it was mostly coleslaw & there was barely any pastrami visible on the sandwich. this was the smallest Capastrami ever for the price. this was a coleslaw sandwich
