My Classic Cheese Steak was hot, melty and absolutely delicious! I read a lot of negative reviews, but I had dealt with the shop on Horizon in Henderson in the past and just love their food.

Homemade turkey sandwich we ordered with extra turkey and cheese was basically all bread. Very little turkey and extremely dry. We also ordered the wagyu with extra meat and double provolone. Sandwich had no cheese at all and the meat was totally overcooked. Turkey sandwich wasn't even edible. We called to let them know we were disappointed and had no intentions of refund or replacement. The assistant manager was very rude. We will never order from them again. When you spend $75.00 you should at least get your moneys worth. We will order from Straight out of Philly. family owned from this point on

Omg So much mayo!! It was literally more mayo than anything else. This location is literally hit or miss. I order the exact same thing every time and Sometimes it's amazing but today not so good. Will do pickup going forward so I can have them correct it while I'm there.

I get the same order from here every time. It's a hit or miss on whether it's going to absolutely phenomenal, or subpar. Tonight it was okay. The wagyu cheesesteak is the best sandwich there but a lot of times they don't put enough in to fill up the sandwich.

The stuffing wasn't in there, the food was burnt, the turkey was dry and stale. It was probably the worst sandwich I've had from there.
