For the most part, I consider Captain D's food as greasy, over battered, tasteless and overpriced. It's a last resort I only choose for speed and substance. The seafood platter was particularly underwhelming. underwhelmed. . Even the tea and coke were weak and flavorless.

The Catfish was undercook..was not crispy..the corn on the cob was bland..the Catfish was also small pieces..there are times when the food taste really good but not this time..Spent to much money for the food to be like this

I ordered a large Seafood Gumbo and it definitely wasn't a large. I also thought it taste more like Spanish rice then gumbo it was a lot of rice no spices and the shrimp was so small and overcooked. I was very disappointed.

Food was hot but tasted horrible. The chicken and fish plate had the smallest pieces of chicken on them and it tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Definitely not fresh. The fish wasn't done or crispy at all. Very disappointed for the price we paid for the meals. Not a happy customer at all!
