For this delivery I hadn't had Captain D's in over 2 years so I didn't try anything new. I went with my go-to meal, the 4 piece batter dipped fish w/2 sides, I also went with my go-to here with green beans and fried okra. As a professional Chef I have to say that everything here was top notch. The fish and the okra were both fried to absolute perfection. The hush puppies were also magnificently well done, nice crunchy outside while the inside stayed moist and delicious. Green Beans were also excellent tasting although I do wish I was able to get more of the meat that they cook in them for added flavor, it's my favorite part of eating their green beans. So to sum it up. Green Beans were awesome and all fried items were as we call in the food service industry GBD (Golden, Brown, & Delicious). Could not be any happier with my order.

I love Captain D's but this time the fish just wasn't the same. It wasn't batter dipped and the fish was skinny and tough. Everything else about my meal was excellent! The coleslaw was fresh, so were my fries and my hush puppies. Everything was exactly the way Iike it, except the fish.

Hot, delicious, and very filling. Coleslaw is tasty, hush puppies are even better when they're dipped in tartar sauce. The fish was scrumptious but I do miss the good old days of crunchy batter.

The Grilled Whitefish and Shrimp Meal, the fish was burnt. The shrimp was fine. The rice tasted old. This is the first time, my meal hasn't been fresh so maybe it was just an off day. I will try the meal again, I usually enjoy it.

The fish, Orka, coleslaw shrimp & the crab cakes were good, but I only got 3 shrimp & maybe 10 popcorn shrimp & one piece of the fish was very small. But the food was tasty & fresh..
