I ordered the guacamole bacon breakfast burrito for $6.19...this is a total rip off. I received a floppy tortilla with hardly any egg or bacon inside and NO guacamole. I submitted a complaint to their corporate office. My hard earned money is important to me.

Bacon Chicken sandwich was dry, the chicken fillet barely covered half the bun and was thin and stringy, the barbecue sauce didn't compensate for the dry bird.

I could only eat 1/3rd of the chicken Charbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich because most of the meat was too tough to eat and very salty and fries were kinda gummy, not getting again.

Ordered the five-piece chicken and only received 4 very small, cold pieces which were obviously from two separate batches. The fried zucchini was also cold and barely filled the container they came in!! Used to love Carl's, but they are definitely going down hill
