Never let us down, husband loves his double Big Carl for flavor, consistancy and grilled patties which lack the greasiness of their rivals. We appreciate that. Our dog goes crazy whenever she smell the burgers my husband brings home beccause she knowns one is a special treat for her.

Single Sourdough Star still delicious. However, have experienced several problems in serving past few weeks. At least 4-5 times, fry sauce has been missing. In beginning would call Carls to remind. Lately, have taken to chatting with driver to insure its included. Today, bacon was included when ask that it be be removed from sandwich. Quality appears to be falling.

I'm pretty sure both my husband and our dog are addicted to their burger treats
He goes for the Double Big Carl, and she likes the plain hamburger. The staff is superlative, from the manager down to the trainees.

A great burger especially with their special sauce! Love it! Really like having option for extra crispy fries. However, I am frustrated that I can't order fry sauce on the app. I have to call and note my order and that I want fry sauce. Seems like waste of time.

ordered the 5 piece chicken tender and jalapeño poppers they were hot and delicious
