They did not disappoint. Burgers were full and delicious, and the rest of the order was absolutely scrumptious!!!!

ordered lettuce wrap and its only 3 small pieces of lettuce total to hold the lettuce wrap together. Ordered no tomato, got tomato. Ordered extra pickles and got no pickles. Chips were cold. Very disappointed as last order was perfect

over priced for the portions given and the cheeseburger wasnt as nice as hungry jacks so i can se why carls is struggling , it isnt rocket science

ordered the Hand-Breaded Hawaiian Chicken it came with way too much onion and no pineapple. there's no options to take off the onion either. the burger was bland and not very nice. also ordered the watermelon spritzer drink and got some fizzy tasteless soda type of drink that is definitely not watermelon flavoured. disappointed.
