I've ordered from this Carls Jr 3 times and 2 out of 3 times they've forgotten part of my order and had to issue a refund for the missed parts. Soggy buns, chemical flavor on most of the veggies in my burgers, and the sides are usually cold. The CJr in my hometown I used to frequent was amazing and rarely screwed up on orders. This Carls Jr screws up orders 66% of the time.

For my first time trying out Carl's Jr through DoorDash I will say, I genuinely enjoyed the experience more than I thought I would. I ordered the Double Guacamole Bacon Burger Combo and I absolutely loved the flavors and the guacamole was absolutely beautifully made, would definitely order this again 100%. Next time I'll be sure to remember to edit my accommodations because I forgot to ask for no onion lol.

Jalapeno Poppers® were hollow breading. California Classic Double Cheeseburger is advertised improperly and is far smaller than the standard sandwiches with no indication in description.

Everything was delicious and fresh. The Single El Diablo was nice and spicy. Nothing missing except for maybe having an option to order extra sauces
