Too much bun for the thin patty of meat. So it was like all I was eating as veg and bun. Not much flavor - which is the point of a charred burger.

way way way too much ketchup and the bun was stale. took two bites and tossed it. not worth $8 for a mid-trashy hamburger. used to be good but not anymore

The shake was completely open, not like a straw hole, like a giant hole in the lid open to the air, so there was dirt on it by the time I got to pick it up from my stoop, which was less than five minutes. They need to cover that with a sticker or something.

One of my shakes was wrong, it was chocolate, supposed to be strawberry, I can't have chocolate, and the fries were old and cold.
