thank you for remaking the order the 5 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ were great and Triple Famous Star® Combo was perfelt the portion was great a few extra pieces of chicken were packed and a couple cookies for waiting really hope that you guy given the drive something for waiting, freshness was out of the kitchen perfect and yes I would order again!

I'm not happy with missing 3 items from my order. Carl's Jr is expensive enough, and now I'm missing 3 items. It's not the first time it has happened either. It's a toss-up on if you'll receive your full order, like a 30% chance of it being correct. I love Carls Jr but you guys need someone else packing the bags and checking to ensure they're correct.

Delicious food at good prices. Unfortunately, I only received one of the two cookies; this is the third or fourth time this has happened. It shows on the bag as 1 2pc cookie, so maybe when in a hurry they only see the 1? The Dasani water was missing this time, too.

Sloppily thrown together and they lied to our Dasher about the number of drinks in our order so we only got 1 of the 3. They shoved the receipt down into the bag so he couldn't even double check. All the food was smashed since they put it in the smallest bag possible and even had the chocolate cake shoved in upside down.

The Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Combo and Loaded Breakfast Burrito Combo are both delicious. I like that they have sourdough bread.
