I was very disappointed at the size of the chocolate milk for the price! I was also not too pleased with them ignoring my instructions with regards to what I wanted them to do in the event that they were out of an item required to fulfill my order. They made a judgment call without reaching out to me first. Replacing my breakfast tots or hash browns (whatever they call them) included in my meal with an order of fries. Which was not at all what I asked them to do in the event that they were out of something. However, when I expressed my discontent. They more than made it up to me!!! I ended up very pleased with the service I received as well as the Biscuits and Gravy combo I ordered!! I was also more than happy with the way Carl's Jr. handled my complaint and the replacement item we ended up finding mutually agreeable! My only real complaint when everything was said and done had nothing to do with the employees or the quality of food I received! I just couldn't get over how tiny those chocolate milks are for $2.50. Save your money and go right next door and buy an entire half of a gallon of chocolate milk for the same price. Aside from that, job well done guys! I look forward to getting biscuits and gravy from you guys again in the near future. Thank you for going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my food and the quality of service I received this morning! I truly appreciate it! :o)

Carl's Jr. went out of their way to ensure I was pleased with my food and the quality of service they provided me. Not a lot of businesses care anymore about anything but money anymore! Let alone being willing to take the necessary steps go the extra mile to please their customers! Kudos guys! You have my respect and appreciation! Thank you very much! Do keep up the good work!
