Asked for pepper jack cheese and they put American cheese with jalapeno on it... The chicken sandwich is basically a chicken tender on a bun. Super dry and way more bread then protein.

tbh this carls is almost always on point with everything. Rare to see. Plz just add sizes for milkshakes :)

Wow Carls Jr has fallen low. Everything looked like it was cooked yesterday.
The burgers were straight up disgusting, like they were made with dog food instead of meat. And loads of sauce on the Famous Star® with Cheese to cover the taste... except we got California Classic Double Cheeseburger without sauce so it was gross. 9 Piece- Chicken Stars™ were dry and cold. Crisscut® Fries looked like they were from this morning.
And the restaurant is around the corner and order received very quickly. So the dasher is not to blame for this.
